The Golden State
Ever since I went to California when I was 7, I have been desperate wanting to go back. Everything about it appeals to me, the weather, the beaches, and the culture. When I went, I stayed with my aunt in San Diego, but if I could go back, I would want to experience Los Angeles. Los Angeles is the city of dreams and entertainment. It just seems that anything you could want, is there. In California, it feels like summer all year round. Perfect temperatures in the 80's warm your skin. When I was in California, I never got to see the Golden Gate bridge and I think that it would be really spectacular. When I finish school, I think I want to do something similar to Chris's adventure. I want to go on a road trip to California with some of closest friends to celebrate graduation. I wont be planning on doing some of the crazy things Chris did, but I think it would be a great experience. I would have to pack a lot of things for California. I would need some light clothes so I do not get too hot while I am there. I would also need to pack some beach equipment for the amazing beaches of course. Hopefully I will eventually be able to move to California. It is such a happening place so I would assume that there are plenty ways to get a job out there. The beaches would most likely be my favorite part about being there. I love all sorts of beach activities such as paddle boarding, skim boarding, and surfing. Along with the beach, I also want to go for a run and cross the Golden Gate Bridge, shown below. The view from it must be mind blowing. California truly is The Golden State. It has so much to offer, no matter who you are or what you like.
